Payments
Retro Mama accepts payment made through PayPal, which allows
you to pay directly from your PayPal account or with credit or
debit cards. Paying with PayPal is quick, easy, and safe! If you
do not have a PayPal account, you will be instructed on how to
pay when you check out through the PayPal website.
To place an order, click on the “Add to Cart”
button next to the item you wish to purchase. When you have
finished shopping, click on the “Go to Shopping Cart”
button to proceed to checkout. Please note that clicking the “Confirm
Order” button constitutes a commitment to buy the item(s)
at the stated price. Your PayPal payment is expected within 1
hour of purchase, after which time I reserve the right to cancel
the order and restock the item(s). If an item is listed with a “Buy
it Now” button, please note that clicking on that button
constitutes a commitment to pay for the items at the stated
price within one hour or I will cancel the order and restock the
item.
Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to Georgia.
Shipping
Shipping options will include USPS First Class, Priority
Mail, or International Shipping for the amount stated below each
item. The shipping cost for additional items appears after the
comma next to each shipping price. Instructions for shipping to
Canada will appear below the product description. If you are an
international customer, please note that I will not mark
“Gift” on customs forms in order to avoid taxes. It is
illegal for me to do so and bad karma. Please keep in mind these
extra charges you may incur when determining whether to make a
purchase. Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. To
help conserve natural resources, your item(s) may be shipped
with reused boxes and/or packing materials.
Customer Service
I will try to answer e-mails within 24 hours, pending
cooperation from my two little boys. If you don’t hear from me
within that time please try again as sometimes messages can
disappear. I am happy to answer questions about any items.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to me! In stock items may
be returned within 30 days of shipment date for a refund
or store credit, minus shipping charges. I will refund shipping
charges only on defective items. The item must be returned in
the condition in which you received it (e.g. in re-saleable
condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with no cigarette or other
odors, alterations, etc.). Items listed as samples and seconds
may have slight irregularities. All sales are final on custom
orders, and items labeled as “samples” or “seconds”. I
am happy to repair any item that you received with faults for
free, except for shipping charges.
You must notify me prior to returning an item so that it will
not be returned to you. Please e-mail
me to discuss any returns/repairs/refunds/etc.
